 Margaret Hill, Assistant Superintendent for San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, has contributed to Arrowhead United Way for over 20 years. She is passionate about youth and works with an organization that focuses on the community's students.
Advocating for the community's youth comes natural for Margaret, which is amplified by the work she does at her organization. Her volunteer efforts and contributions provide support to youth who are entering college. She strives to give our youth hope, opportunities, and a reason to become good citizens.
Margaret is especially supportive of Arrowhead United Way's funding of after school and homeless tutoring programs. These programs enable all youth to have an opportunity to achieve success in school regardless of their socioeconomic status.
In the true spirit of giving back, Margaret said, "I only made it this far by standing on the shoulders of those who believed in me. I share because others made a difference in my life."
Her passion for youth is how Margaret lives united.

How Do We Conduct A Campaign?
The Arrowhead United Way Campaign Staff will assist you from start to completion to make conducting a campaign as easy as 1-2-3!
- Select an employee to be the Campaign Coordinator.
- Work with Arrowhead United Way to schedule and implement an employee campaign presentation.
- Work with Arrowhead United Way to finalize campaign results.
