Arrowhead United Way
The Arrowhead United Way (AUW) grant application process for the 2010-2011 funding year begins January 1, 2010! AUW will review programs that address our 2010-11 New Program - Focus Area Outcomes and that provide services in the AUW service area. See the links below for forms, qualifying and process information.
- As part of the process, applicants are required to attend an entire Grant Application and Outcomes Training session. You must RSVP to be admitted to the trainings! Complete the attached “RSVP form”. These trainings are:
Thursday, January 7, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
OR
Tuesday, January 12, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Both trainings will be held at:
Community Hospital of San Bernardino,
Medical Office Building, 1800 N. Western Ave., 4th Floor,
San Bernardino CA, 92411
2010-11 New Agency Requirements:
New agencies interested in applying for funding for the 2010-11 funding year that were not previously funded in 2009-10 must comply with the following:
- Demonstrate a strong financial position.
- Be eligible to apply for funding by meeting the requirements as stated in the “AUW Funding Criteria” document.
- Comply with all timeline requirements for reporting.
- Submit a complete application form with the required attachments as specified in the “AUW 2010-11 Grant Application” form.
- Agency staff must attend one session of the AUW Grant Application and Outcomes Training as noted above and in the “2010-11 Funding Cycle Timeline”.
- Meet with AUW staff to review and discuss the AUW 2010-11 Grant Application form and your program.
New Program Information:
- New programs submitted for funding must align with the “2010-11 New Program – Focus Area Outcomes” document. These are the types of new programs that will be considered for funding by AUW volunteers.
