Youth Services – programs that enable youth ages six to 21 to have the skills and support services needed to prepare for independence. Programs include secondary education and career planning, counseling and support services, independence preparation, and academic assistance.

Family Services – programs that enable families to build the lifelong skills and conditions necessary to avoid crisis and assure lasting stability; these programs serve adults ages 21 and older with their families. Programs include prevention of violence and gang activity, financial education and enhancement, access to affordable health care, and employment services.

Basic Needs – programs to support individuals and families at risk or in crisis to obtain or maintain their independence. Programs include stabilizing families for independence and meeting basic necessities.
