What is the Teens Make A Difference Program?
Teens Make a Difference (TMAD) is a program that recognizes the amazing work that young people do in their community! This program is designed for high school students only and the program is continual.
You can get started anytime by volunteering and logging hours on a TMAD timesheet; be sure to have the volunteer coordinator sign the timesheet each time you volunteer. Timesheets are due every year on April 1st to participate in the annual recognition ceremony and volunteering can be done at any nonprofit or community based organization. (Sorry, volunteering at your dad's insurance company or babysitting your little sister doesn't count.)
Libraries, hospitals, and participating schools are some of the places that you can give your time and make a difference! You can search for volunteer opportunities in your area by using our volunteer matching site here!
